After graduating from Westmont College with a degree in Communication Studies, Young continued to write and edit for nonprofits, small businesses, and a marketing agency. Her first novel was born not long after her first child, and today she balances the dual-calling of author-mama, sharing stories, avoiding gluten, finding excuses to run to Hobby Lobby, and spending as much time outside as possible.
